Good Day Friends in Christ !!
Did we have an amazing time in the Lord last Sat night or what ? The presence of God was so strong as we explored the time around Jesus birth as well as His life and death. We are first bornin a human body as a baby and grow into adults ( hopefully) . But we never really live till our spirit comes to life. It mus be woken up!
The Spirit of God in us becomes living when we ask Jesus to live in our hearts. None of that would be possible if He wasn't born of a virgin, in the most humbling of beginnings, live a sinless life as an example, and willingly give Himself as a trade for our sins. Our spirit would not have even the opportunity to come to life with out Jesus' birth , life, death and resurrection.
Christmas is a great time to remember the "whole package". It's also a time of new beginnings. So lets celebrate those new beginnings with a party !! Yes You are invited to our New Years celebration immediately following service Sat night. Feel free to bring a dish or desert if you'd like or just come to celebrate Jesus. It's going to be a BLAST !! See you at 6:00 PM SAT. night at Indian Lake Community Church.

Indian Lake Community Church or "Island Church" was a Wednesday Night Home Group established in 2009 by Lee and Theresa Dematos. Starting with a casual group of 5 or so, we have quickly grown into a strong community of about 50 friends in Christ. Every Sat. we invite God to join us for an intimate night of song, fellowship and word. Wed. is Bible Study Night, always a new experience.
We have been blessed with a location on Indian Lake in Worcester, MA. We are challenged and excited to take over one of Worcester's bars and turn it into a place of worship.
Become a founding member of this great new church. Come as you are, all are welcome to have a great time with The Lord!

Thanks to Pastor Joseph Ford at Calvary Worship Center in Holden MA, for giving us the nickname "Island Church" - After a few months, he no longer let us call our Bible Study a home group, it was just too big! Now we are a great community church!
